More congressional eloquence

California congressman Pete (now Peet) Stark has been in Washington since 1973.

He represents the 13th District which is inland from the San Francisco Bay. He represents towns like Alameda, Union City, Hayward, Newark, San Leandro and Fremont, as well as parts of Oakland and Pleasanton.

Stark is an atheist.

Stark has chewed out constituents on answering machines and swore at them.

Stark has even taken to passing judgment on African-Americans who are Republicans.

So, on Saturday he held town meetings. At one such meeting an older gentleman presented some logical concerns about the costs and the administration of Obamacare. He ended by saying, "Don't pee on my leg and tell me it's raining."

Not to be outdone, congressman Peet Stark said, "Well, I wouldn't dignify you by peeing on your leg. It wouldn't be worth wasting the urine."

And the entire episode is on YouTube.

I wonder who writes his responses. Kanye West, perhaps?
