More training needed



From the Police Blotter in today's CourierNews:
• Counterfeit bill: A person reported Tuesday that a $50 counterfeit bill was taken from a bond envelope at 151 N. Douglas Ave. about 1:40 p.m. Saturday, according to a police report. It was rejected after it was suspected counterfeit by Kane County's counterfeit detector, according to the report.

And in the Daily Herald:
• A counterfeit $50 bill was found Monday in the money posted for bond in Elgin, reports state.

"151 N. Douglas Ave." is the address for the Elgin Police Department.

"Hey, Shemp. As your lawyer I've got some good news for you. They are dismissing your drug charge. Now, do you want me to represent you on your counterfeitting charge?"
