Perhaps you read that Jimmy Carter has weighed in on the Joe Wilson "You lie!" statement.
Carter proclaims that it was a racist remark. As he tells it, "I think it's based on racism. There is an inherent feeling among many in this country that an African-American should not be president."
He's good. He can get all that from two words.
But Carter's not alone. The race card is being played because...
...someone is critical of the plan the president is proposing
...Wilson's criticism has verified merit
...it's worth a few political points to rile the "Social Justice" bunch and spark a few counter-protests to answer the recent Tea Party success.
Once again, Chris Muir, the Day-by-day cartoonist, finds the irony.
Alinsky would be proud of the left's counter-attack.
