Another judge making the rules

Just out of San Francisco yesterday, Federal judge Maxine Chesney has issued a temporary restraining order that bars employers from acting on No Match letters.
Bush just announced the crackdown a few weeks ago. Now along comes the AFL-CIO in conjunction with ACLU lawyers to sue Michael Chertoff (Homeland Security) and Julie Myers (ICE), along with the Social Security's Michael Astrue.
We are in no mood for this after we lost a Senator for playing footsie in the mens' room. When we try to do the right thing somebody steps in and makes up new rules. I don't know how much more Americans can take.
You probably can already guess, but Maxine was a Bill Clinton appointee.
